Kenpo X
Oct 2, Monday, 5:30-6:30pm- Kenpo X is a fun workout with lots of variety which makes the time go by quickly. I've decided that I will begin my workouts after work so I can go to bed before 10:30. "One handful of rest is better than two fists full of labor and striving after wind." -Ecc 4:6
