Chest & Back, AB Ripper X
Oct 2, Tuesday- It's so much better to do these workouts around 5:30pm. I get home around 5:15 and I would usually have dinner and then wait until 8:30 to workout. Now with my new schedule, I get to bed earlier and get much more sleep.
I would normally feel light headed around 30-40 mins into the exercise but I was able to prevent that by taking 300mg of Motrin before starting.
Many of the Ab Ripper X moves are difficult to do but I just try them anyway. Maybe one day my body will cooperate.
