Yoga X

Oct 7, Sunday- Yoga is very intense. If you're doing the moves right, you'll feel the hurt and burn. You'll also notice that you'll sweat like crazy. I was planning on doing Ab Ripper X since I skipped it the other day but I didn't feel the need.
