Day 32/33 - Week 4 - Classic - Phase 1

October 19-21:
Friday- Had to skip for personal reasons.
Saturday- Had to skip for personal reasons.
Sunday- Yoga X always gets me sweatin' like a river. I usually associate lots of sweat with humidity or cardio type exercises. However, Yoga changed my understanding completely. The room I do all my p90x workouts is fairly cool but after finishing and leaving the room for a minute and coming back, I noticed the room temperature was significantly warmer. It must be from all that breathing! =D
Before starting the p90x workouts, I had a gym membership. I used the elliptical machine for my cardio which hardly made me sweat compared to Yoga X.
