Oct 24, Wed- I was about to skip this workout since it was getting late but I wasn't going to let that happen. I started at 11pm and went to bed 12:30am. I can't wait to get my Slam Man. It's a standing punching dummy that will allow me to add power to my punches and burn more calories.
