Day 30

Day 30 - Week 4 - Classic - Phase 1

Wed, Oct 18- I try to modify each move for low or no impact on my knees. My knees were hurting in the beginning but as my body warmed up it went away. I've learned that the pause button is my friend. I take longer breaks when I'm tired. And towards the end of the workout I was sweating like a water fall.

Doesn't it all feel so good? I know what you mean! If I miss one day I feel like I lose so much momentum!
