Day 34/35 - Week 4 - Classic - Phase 1

Oct 23, Tuesday- Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X: I didn't sweat as much on this video. I was about to skip the Ab Ripper X workout but did it anyways. It's tough doing those moves but my hope is that as long as I try, it will only get better. It's been over a month now and I do see changes in my body. My upper body looks more slim and my upper abs are showing more. I haven't weighted myself yet and don't plan to do that until the 90th day. Since I've had to skip several days, I'll start the 4 week program on Monday.
